The client seeks a high calibre ‘player – manager’ who can manage the field sales activities of individuals in the Connected Health team. The incumbent needs to create an environment for rapid growth and development of the business within an ever changing, exciting, and dynamic global healthcare company. The client is actively connecting novel diagnostics and health management solutions to deliver better health outcomes for clinicians and patients in various environments.
In this role you will demonstrate excellent business acumen and strong people management skills. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies for new and existing products and services and for developing and providing direction for a strong team of competent individuals in complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
With a proven, track record as a consistent high achiever in sales and business development at senior levels within the NHS, DH and B2B. You will be responsible for capitalizing on these opportunities, contribute to and implement strategies for new and existing products and services, mapping out stakeholder relationships and have the ability to ‘concept sell’ with limited knowledge and resources. You will demonstrate excellent business acumen and strive to meet and exceed agreed financial and strategic objectives. The role has national management responsibilities.
