Our client is a specialist Manufacturer of Medical Devices, at this time they have an opportunity for a BUD for the Hearing Implant division. The role will see the leadership of a team of 160 with associated manufacturing facilities based over several global sites.

Key Responsibilities,

• Manage the Global Hearing Implant Business with full P&L responsibility.
• Create the growth strategy and develop new business opportunities.
• Adapt and grow the management team to add value and create new business routes into emerging markets.
• Reducing costs through increased efficiency and analysis of outsourcing solutions.
